The Mandarin Court Chinese Restaurant has the longest established traditional style Yum Cha on the Gold Coast.
Yum Cha starts at 9am daily until 3pm and the locals consider the Mandarin Court to have the best Yum Cha on the Gold Coast, both in the quality, variety of food and especially the service.
There are basically three categories of Yum Cha dishes: the first type are steamed variety, the second are the fried variety and last, but not least, are the desserts.
The Yum Cha dishes are traditionally brought out on trolleys or trays to your table so you can see what they are before you make your selection.
